These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally-binding agreement between M/S CreamBox and you, and contain provisions that define your limits, legal rights and obligations with respect to your use of and participation in
(i) the “creambox.smityash.com” website, other domains and subdomains of creambox.smityash.com, and CreamBox mobile application, including the classified advertisements, forums, various email functions and Internet links, and all content and services provided by M/S CreamBox (referred to collectively as the "Platform"), and
(ii) the online and offline transactions between the users and customers of M/S CreamBox.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Overview

CreamBox is an online platform that facilitates the wholesale and distribution of salon products, equipment, and supplies to registered salon owners, beauty professionals, and businesses ("Buyers"). CreamBox acts as an intermediary between Buyers and brands, facilitating the purchase and delivery of authentic salon products in bulk.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to register for an account and provide certain information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Orders and Purchases

By placing an order through the CreamBox Platform, you agree to purchase the products specified in your order subject to these Terms. CreamBox reserves the right to accept or reject any order in its sole discretion. Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice.

4. Authenticity Guarantee

CreamBox is committed to providing Buyers with authentic salon products sourced directly from trusted brands. We work closely with our brand partners to ensure the authenticity and quality of the products offered on our Platform. However, CreamBox does not independently verify the authenticity of each product and relies on the representations and warranties provided by our brand partners.

5. Return and Refund Policy

CreamBox offers a return and refund policy for defective or damaged products. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer support team within [number of days] days of delivery to arrange for a return or exchange. Returns and refunds are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in our Return and Refund Policy, available on the CreamBox website.

6. Delivery & Payment Conditions

6.1 Payment:
CreamBox offers a pay on delivery option for select orders. If the buyer chooses the pay on delivery option, buyers must make the payment in full upon receipt of the products via UPI, card swipe, or cash. Items will not be delivered without payment. Failure to make payment upon delivery may result in cancellation of the order and suspension of your account

6.2 Delivery Timeframes:
• For orders with Normal delivery, items will be delivered within 3-7 days. • For Next-Day delivery orders, items will be delivered before 9 PM of the next day. • In the event of a delay beyond the expected delivery time, please call 8826015115 for assistance.

6.3 Delivery Assistance:
For any issues related to delivery or the goods received, please call 8826015115 for assistance.

7. Return Conditions

7.1 Return Period:
Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

7.2 Condition of Items:
Only items whose package has not been opened can be returned.

7.3 Non-Refundable Charges:
Delivery charges are non-refundable upon return.

7.4 Refund Processing:
• Refunds for UPI payments will be processed within 3 days.
• Refunds to bank accounts will commence within 3 days, and may take an additional 3-7 days for the amount to reflect in your account.

7.5 Damaged Items:
Items found to be damaged upon return will not be eligible for a refund.

8. Trademarks

The CreamBox name is a trademark. Unauthorized use of these trademarks is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CreamBox, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

10. Modification of Terms

CreamBox reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes to the Terms will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
